At ORUNO DEPT, every piece is made to order. We take care in preparing each order and want you to be happy with your purchase.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

As our products are made to order, we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled once processing or production has begun.

If your order has already entered production, cancellation may no longer be possible.

INCORRECT SIZE

Please check our size guide carefully before placing your order.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size when placing an order. As our products are made to order, we do not accept responsibility for customers selecting an incorrect size.

We are unable to guarantee exchanges, replacements or refunds where the wrong size has been selected by the customer.

If you are unsure about sizing before placing your order, please contact us at support@orunodept.com and we will be happy to help.

This does not affect any statutory consumer rights that may apply to your purchase.

CHANGE OF MIND

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind after placing an order.

Where applicable, UK consumers may have a legal right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

If you wish to exercise a cancellation right, please contact support@orunodept.com within the applicable period.

Items returned under a cancellation right must be kept in their original condition and must not be unnecessarily used, washed or damaged. Customers will have to pay for the return shipping and label

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We want every order to arrive exactly as expected.

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Misprinted
  • Incorrect
  • Significantly different from the product shown or described on our website

please contact us at support@orunodept.com as soon as possible.

Please include your:

  • Order number
  • Name
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and the issue

Once we have reviewed your request, we will determine the appropriate resolution. This may include a replacement, refund or another remedy where applicable.

Please contact us before sending any item back.

EXCHANGES

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not guarantee exchanges for different sizes, colours or designs.

If you have received an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will review the issue.

REFUNDS

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Once processed, the time it takes for your refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

If a refund is approved following a return, we will process it after the returned item has been received and assessed, where applicable.

RETURN SHIPPING

Where a return is required because an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will provide appropriate instructions regarding the return.

Where you exercise a statutory cancellation right because you have changed your mind, you may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the item where permitted by applicable law.
