Delivery estimates are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided where available.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

ORUNO DEPT has no control over customs processing times and cannot guarantee how long an order may be held by customs.

If you refuse delivery because of customs duties or import charges, this may affect your eligibility for a refund and any costs associated with the return of the package may be deducted where permitted by law.
