4. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Selected ORUNO DEPT products are made to order.
As a result, orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed.
If you need to make a change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@orunodept.com.
We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible once an order has entered processing or production.
5. PLACING AN ORDER
When you place an order through our website, you are submitting an order to purchase the products selected.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
An order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that your order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including suspected fraudulent activity, technical errors, pricing errors, availability issues or circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a refund for the amount paid.
6. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed.

ORUNO DEPT cannot guarantee delivery where an incorrect or incomplete address has been provided by the customer.

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept responsibility for customers selecting an incorrect size and cannot guarantee exchanges, replacements or refunds for incorrect size selections, subject to any statutory rights that apply.

10. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
